our teams – office team
Our administrative team is there to offer support to customers and the operational team – ensuring that any customers’ queries are answered promptly, leaving transport free to focus on transport issues.
Our reputation is built on consistent dependability at all levels and an honest, no nonsense approach that our customers tell us really makes the difference. Our team is not just highly experienced and service focused, everyone is easy to reach, a pleasure to work with and committed to understanding customer requirements: Proofs of delivery (PODs), Insurance claims, invoice queries… Our staff are happy to help.

Louise has extensive knowledge of the transport industry having worked in a variety of departments – transport, sales, admin, insurance, personnel, health and safety, accounts She joined Freightlink Europe in 2009 and brings this wealth of experience – which is invaluable.
Louise’s role as Office Manager is to overlook all administrative duties and form a vital link between the transport department and its customers, leaving the transport team free to focus on organizing every day transport. Louise thrives on ensuring not only that customers get the best service, but ensuring that Freightlink gets the best service from its suppliers from maintenance to ensuring the best fuel prices – which ultimately impacts on our rates!
In addition to Freightlink administration, Louise also overlooks the administration at sister company Freight Train and assists drivers and companies in advising on the best course for them.

Nicola originally joined Freightlink Europe on an 8 week placement for work experience via the Job Centre. After leaving, Nicola kept in contact and was always eager to help, whenever we were short staffed. Her enthusiasm and willingness to learn was exemplary and the Company therefore decided to take her on as an apprentice.
Nicola very quickly became involved in all aspects of transport and administration – answering the telephone, providing information to drivers, customers and suppliers, providing pods, taking orders and answering queries, raising invoices, downloading tachographs, preparing driver expenses, recording working time directive data.
Nicola also assists with sister Company Freight Train, taking bookings for driver CPC courses, raising invoices and taking payments.
Nicola is now a valuable member of our team – appreciated by office staff, drivers and customers alike.
Hobbies: Rugby League. Nicola is an avid Bradford Bulls supporter and goes to most home matches and the occasional away match.
